Standard Registration (fee covers program and materials, accommodations, meals, taxes, and service charges. Travel costs are not included.)

Summer Institute’s expenses are made up of the room and board costs for the annual retreat plus the “fixed expenses” we incur every year whether or not we have a Summer Institute in person event. Registration fees are based on program and venue costs, while our fixed costs are covered through generous donations.

Refund Policy: Participants canceling before September 7th will receive a full refund. For cancellations received after September 7th, Summer Institute will deduct any non-refundable costs assessed by Wingspread from your refund. Please note: cancellations after Sept 7th will be processed after October 16th.
