Summer Institute’s expenses are made up of the room and board costs for the annual retreat plus the “fixed expenses” we incur every year whether or not we have a Summer Institute in person event. Registration fees are based on program and venue costs, while our fixed costs are covered through generous donations.

Refund Policy: Participants canceling before September 1st will receive a full refund. For cancellations received after September 1st, Summer Institute will deduct any non-refundable costs assessed by Stage Neck Inn from your refund. Please note: cancellations after Sept 1st will be processed after October 17th.
