Summer Institute is a community of inheritors of wealth and their partners who create an annual personal growth program to focus on the challenges and opportunities of inherited wealth.

Wingspread Retreat & Executive Conference Center encompasses three unique buildings on thirty-six secluded acres with prairies, trails, and a pond, and is just a five-minute walk from the western shore of Lake Michigan. We will enjoy a private tour of the original iconic building, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and known simply as Wingspread, which is the heart of this unique complex. Wingspread is located thirty-five minutes from Milwaukee Mitchell Int’l Airport (MKE) and ninety minutes from Chicago O’Hare Int’l Airport (ORD). We can resist change, or get stuck mourning the losses, or we can look at what opportunities there are for living our best possible lives in the new circumstances.

The Summer Institute incorporates a balance of large and small group activities, with time for personal reflection and opportunities to socialize. Whether you've spent little time or decades pondering questions like those above, the Summer Institute will provide something of value to you. It is our experience that what we learn and explore together leads to more open, fulfilling conversations and relationships throughout our lives.
REGISTRATION
Registration fee: $4,800 before August 7th --- $5,000 after August 7th
To encourage partners/spouses to attend together, we offer a discount for the second member of a couple sharing a room: $3,400 before August 7th --- $3,600 after August 7th
Registration fee covers program and materials; room and board for five nights; and taxes and service charges. Travel costs are not included. Refund Policy: Participants canceling less than 30 days before the start of Summer Institute will receive full refunds, less $200 and any nonrefundable costs assessed by Wingspread.
The Summer Institute’s health and safety protocols follow the guidance of both the CDC and local and state health authorities.
